Admission Procedure:
Children are admitted into our Nursery class in the following terms after they become 3 years old. Age will be calculated on 31st Dec.
The prospectus and Admission forms are available in the School Office. For the admission all admission procedure will be guided to parents by our reception staff. If any query regarding admission or other concepts parents will be asked to our office staff members. Our admission intake 30 students in per class. Candidates seeking admission for Jr. KG., Sr. KG., 1″ & 2″ will be tested and admitted into the class which they are found fit.
Attendance:
Good attendance is essential for children to fulfill their potential at school. We monitor children’s attendance on a daily basis. If we find any child absent we give a phone call to absent child parents and establish reasons for childs absence. In our school parents, need to contact the school office by phone call or in person or by email before 9.00 am on the first day of their child absence.
Security
Children’s security at school is a high priority for us. Children’s are supervised by school staff all the time. Visitors to school such as supply teachers or contractor are subjected to security checks. We allow children to leave school with their parents.
Required Documents:
- Birth Certificate (Original & Xerox along with the true copy).
- Five Passport Size Photo of the Child.
- Aadhar Card Xerox Copy.
- Parents Aadhar Card Xerox (Original along with xerox for verification.
- Parents Address Proof.
- Progress Report of Previous School. (If required)
Rules and Regulations:
- Once the child is admitted, punctuality and discipline with regular attendance, cleanliness of dress and person is expected. Every student is expected to wear the prescribed school uniform and identity card provided by the school.
- Child must be in the school premises 5 minutus before the school starts. All belongings of the child like bags, water bottle and Tiffin box should be labeled with the child’s name.
- No leave of absence is granted except on a prior written application from the parents.
- In case of childs sickness the parents should inform the school authority immediately. 80% attendance each term is compulsory for appearing in the annual examination.
- The school has regular Parent-Teachers meetings that the parents are expected to attend.
- Parents are allowed to meet the teachers only after the school hours and not during the school hours.
- Parents can meet the Principal, if they have any suggestions or complaints regarding the school systems and services. Every candidate for admission must be introduced to the Principal in person. The selection committee reserves the right to select or reject the admission.
Annual fees to be paid in two installments. First installment must be paid at admission time and second installment must be paid before 31st October. Parents/Guardians or other persons will not be allowed to meet their child or teacher during the school hours without the Principal’s permission.

As the Principal of the school, I feel honoured and privileged to be part of an educational institution where every stakeholder is a learner and every day is an opportunity to learn and discover. We look at ourselves as a community of learners, where everyone learns including our teachers, parents & staff.
I believe in upholding high standards with an absolute commitment to strive to understand and improve the educational process, using team strategies, while wholly centering on student achievement.
Our staff fruitfully employs two diverse strategies that are of Love and Logic to foster a positive learning environment for all our students. Love and Logic may seem like two contrasting forces. While love helps nurture trusting relationships, where students feel respected, appreciated and loved by the teachers, logic helps develop in students personal responsibility, self control, good decision making skills self confidence, and character building with high moral values.
